In Microsoft Outlook Express, from the Tools menu, select Accounts.
Select manually configure server settings
1) Display Name:- user@yourdomain.com
2) Internet E-mail Address:- user@yourdomain.com
3) Incoming mail POP Server:- mail.yourdomain.com /server IP
4) Outgoing mail SMTP Server :- mail.yourdomain.com /server IP
5) Account name:– user@yourdomain.com
6) Password:- Enter the password of the email account
Outgoing mail (SMTP):25 OR 26
Incoming mail(POP3): 110 or IMAP: 143
Click on More Settings
Click on Outgoing Server Tab >> check "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Click on Advanced Tab >> check to Leave a copy of messages on the server.
Click on ok.
Click on Test account settings
NOTE: Make sure you have selected "My Server Requires Authentication" option in SMTP >> Advance settings. -no encryption or SSL settings
