If you are unable to access your cPanel account with your existing password, you can always change it to a new one. In order to do that, you need to log into your Client Area > Services. Then please choose the hosting package that you would like to change the password for and click on the “Edit/View” button next to it. On the next page, please scroll down to the “Login Details” section and from there you will be able to enter the new password that you wish to use for your cPanel account.
